My Bright Starts Fun on Safari Cradling Bouncer was the PERFECT bouncy seat. It vibrates, and has toys that hang in front of baby’s face for entertainment. I used this seat when I needed to get cleaning done, or have a shower and my son was awake. He loved bouncing in this seat by kicking his legs, and we used it until 10 or 11 months. The seat cradles babies perfectly.

Love the Bright Starts Cradling Bouncer! Recommended for any mom looking for a bouncy seat!

My Philips Avent Ventilated Orthodontic Pacifiers were also given to me at my baby shower. I continued using this brand all throughout the time my son used a pacifier. It has a great shape, good sized loops to hook onto a pacifier holder, and my son loved his. They are BPA free, which is very reassuring. Comes in packs of two in case one gets lost!

The Philips Avent Ventilated Orthodontic Pacifier is great for babies that have a strong need to suck or older babies who need something to prevent tooth damage.

I used my First Year’s Newborn-To-Toddler Reclining Feeding Seat for the first six months that my son was eating solid foods. This was simple enough, easy to clean, and the tray is small. The best part is that it’s portable so parents can take it out with them if they choose. The seat cover is easy to remove and wash, and the tray fits in my dishwasher.

If you are looking for a small, portable feeding seat then the First Year’s Newborn-To-Toddler Reclining Feeding Seat is for you.

Baby Einstein Activity Gym June 12, 2010

I recieved my Baby Einstein Activity Gym as a gift. My son absolutely loved this from a few weeks old. He liked to lay underneath it and stare up at the pictures and stuffed animals. The mirror allows your baby to see their own face, which provides a lot of entertainment. There is space to attach extra toys, but it comes with more than enough. The sun on the top plays music which can help soothe your baby or keep their attention.

I love my Baby Einstein Activity Gym and will be using it with future babies. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a twin set of Philips Avent Soft Spout Magic Trainer with Handle, 9 Ounce cups online a few months ago and I am completely impressed by them. The suction on the inside of the cap makes it almost impossible to be spilled. The handles make it easy for my son to hold the cup. They come in a wide variety of colours for many choices.

Anytime anyone asked my opinion on a good sippy cup, I recommend this one. The Philips Avent Soft Spout Magic Trainer with Handle is perfect for transitioning from breast or bottle to cups.

Safety 1st Glow And Go Two Receiver Monitor June 12, 2010

I got my Safety 1st Glow And Go Two Receiver Monitor at my baby shower. I’d originally been looking for a video monitor, but this really did work fine for me. It has lights that glow when the baby is making noise, so if you’re sleep deprived like I was in the shower and not sure if your baby’s REALLY crying you just have to look at the monitor and check for the red lights.

The display on the sound receiver shows the room temperature so mothers can make sure that the room is comfortable for the baby. Two receivers ensures that parents can hear their baby in different rooms in the house. The monitor can be plugged in or cordless.

For mothers looking for a simple way to make sure that their baby is heard, the Safety 1st Glow and Go Baby Monitor is perfect.

My mother has a Cosco Juvenile Funsport Play Yard – Funzone at her house for when my son visits. It really comes in handy for play time, as she has a lot of stairs that can’t be covered with baby gates. All four sides have mesh. This playpen is very easy to set up or fold, and comes with a storage bag for easy transportation. Also comes in other designs, my mother’s is blue with animals on it.

For any mother looking for an affordable play yard, the Cosco Juvenile Play Yard is perfect.

I used a booster seat for the first six months that my son was eating solids, but on his first birthday we recieved a Cosco Flat Fold High Chair, Wild Adventure as a gift. I am in love with this high chair! It’s compact, so very easy to fold up and store when I’m cleaning or if I was to take it somewhere. It has a three point adjustable harness, which holds my very active son in fine! The tray has a cup holder and is small and very easy to clean, it even fits in my dishwasher! It comes in different patterns, mine is blue with animals on it.

The Cosco Flat Fold High Chair is great for mothers looking for something simple and compact! Definitely easy to clean for mothers who don’t have much time!

First Years Natural Comfort Double Electric Breast Pump June 12, 2010

I got The First Years Natural Transitions Double Electric/Battery Breast Pump Complete Kit BPA FREE as a gift. As far as breast pumps go, this has been comfortable and easy to use. (Too bad my son would never take a bottle haha!) It comes with easy to read instructions on use and cleaning. Fits wide bottles but includes an attachment to hook it up to standard sized bottles. It works very fast, and I have never had any issues with it in the times I used it. There were some sample storage bags for breast milk included in the box.

Overall, I am impressed by this inexpensive breast pump. This shows that mothers do not have to spend hundreds of dollars on a pump. I would recommend The First Years Natural Comfort Double Electric Breast Pump to any mom who has to pump regularly and doesn’t want to spend a lot of money for a good quality pump.
